The chain back to a recognised source. Gaps in the chain are identified and disclosed rather than presented as complete.
Condition
New, new surplus, overhauled, serviceable, repaired or as-removed, stated precisely and evidenced by the accompanying paperwork.
Life and Cycle Data
Hours, cycles, calendar life and remaining life presented where the item is life-limited.
Shelf Life
Manufacture and expiry dates confirmed for items with a storage limit, with the remaining life stated at quotation.
Rejection
Where documentation cannot be made acceptable, the item is not offered. A discounted part with an unusable file has no value to an operator.
