A standard shared across every RMX business.
Different industries require different expertise. The standard of conduct should remain consistent.
What the standard requires.
Clarity
We begin with the real requirement. We define scope, expectations, constraints, responsibilities and the information still missing.
Discipline
We structure the process before we accelerate it. Documentation, communication, approvals and decision points should be controlled and visible.
Responsibility
We do not claim ownership of what sits outside our role. We do accept ownership for the commitments, information and actions that belong to us.
Precision
Commercial, technical, legal and operational details must align. Small inaccuracies become large problems when transactions cross borders and stakeholders.
Delivery
A relationship is strengthened by what is carried through. We judge our work by progress, reliability and the quality of the final outcome.
Responsible business
RMX is committed to lawful and responsible business. The relevant RMX business applies proportionate due diligence to counterparties, mandates and jurisdictions, with particular attention to sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, export controls, end-user requirements, data protection, safety and responsible procurement.
No website statement replaces a formal review of the specific transaction. RMX may decline a mandate where the legal, ethical, reputational or execution risk cannot be managed appropriately.
The standard is the reference.
It is what conduct is reviewed against, and the basis on which RMX may decline work.
