RMXAIR
Bespoke Aviation

Where it matters, when it matters.

Presence is the point of aviation. RMXAIR exists to put governments, delegations, corporations and private principals in the right place at the right time: the requirement structured correctly, the right aircraft and counterparties selected, the programme held together from enquiry to completion, with licensed operators performing every flight.

Client worlds

Two kinds of mission. One standard of arrangement.

State

Government and state aviation

Heads of state, delegations and official travel demand precision, discretion and response in real time. RMXAIR structures charter, aircraft and support arrangements that let leaders move on decision timelines, not availability timelines.

Private

Corporate and private principals

Business without compromise: cabins configured for work, rest and meetings, schedules built around the principal, and one accountable line handling every counterparty from operator to completion centre.

The experience standard

Three things every programme must deliver.

RMXAIR writes these into the specification and holds operators, management companies and completion centres to them.

01

Cabin and comfort

Interiors specified to the client, from configuration and materials to acoustics and connectivity, coordinated with completion centres and cabin engineers.

02

Range and freedom

Aircraft selected for the missions actually flown: sector lengths, airfields, payload and non-stop reach, so the schedule never negotiates with the machine.

03

Technology and reliability

Modern avionics, connectivity and maintenance status assessed on every candidate aircraft. Dispatch reliability is treated as a specification, not a hope.

Aircraft scope

Sourced across the major manufacturer families.

RMXAIR is manufacturer-independent. Candidates are screened on pedigree, records, configuration and economics, and presented with the evidence.

Category

Light and Midsize

Efficient aircraft for regional missions, screened for pedigree, records and operating cost.

Category

Super-Midsize and Large Cabin

The working core of corporate aviation: range, cabin volume and dispatch reliability.

Category

Ultra-Long-Range

Non-stop intercontinental capability for principals whose time defines the mission.

Category

Airliner-Derived VIP

Widebody and narrowbody VIP conversions for heads of state, delegations and large parties.

Category

Special-Mission

Medevac, surveillance-support and utility configurations, defined and sourced to role.

RMX Care

The programme does not end at delivery.

RMX Care is the business's client-side support and services layer for owned and managed aircraft, run with licensed partners for the life of the asset.

C1

Airworthiness and maintenance coordination

Continuing-airworthiness oversight and maintenance planning coordinated with approved CAMO and MRO organisations.

C2

Asset value preservation

Records discipline, programme enrolment and condition management that protect resale value from day one.

C3

Upgrade and refurbishment

Cabin refurbishment, connectivity and avionics upgrades scoped and coordinated with completion centres.

C4

Global support network

Access to a vetted network of operators, MROs and support providers across the RMX network, with RMXAEROSPACE supplying parts to audit standard.

Delivery model

Stated plainly.

Operational services, including all flight operations, are delivered through appropriately licensed air operators, management companies, completion centres and maintenance organisations. RMXAIR acts as the client-side structuring and coordination layer. [LICENSING INFORMATION REQUIRED before any statement of direct operating capability.]

Disclosure. Aircraft charter and operational services are arranged or delivered through appropriately licensed operators and specialist partners. RMXAIR does not operate aircraft under its own certificate.
Engagement model

Three ways the business is engaged.

01

Advisory and Structuring

Requirement definition, feasibility, counterparty selection and structure design, before any commitment is made.

02

Programme Coordination

End-to-end coordination of suppliers, partners, finance, logistics and compliance through to verified delivery.

03

Long-Term Mandates

Multi-year supply, support or development programmes with defined governance, reporting and review.

Every engagement carries the RMX standard: sanctions and end-user screening before commitment, documentation to audit level, responsibility assigned by name, and completion that is verified rather than announced.

Requirement patterns

The shape of the work.

A delegation must be in three capitals in four days. A principal wants an aircraft acquired quietly, screened properly and completed to taste. A government fleet needs its support arrangements rebuilt around reliability.

These are requirement patterns the business is built for, stated as patterns. Specific engagements, past or present, are not published; references are provided under confidentiality where appropriate.

DISCLAIMER

RMXAIR is not presented as an airline or aircraft operator. Flights are performed by appropriately licensed third-party operators under their own approvals, operational control and terms. Aircraft, imagery and categories are illustrative of market options and do not represent an owned fleet unless expressly stated.
