Formal policy documents are maintained internally and are subject to legal review before publication. Counterparties receive them under RMX's customer information procedures.
Authority in RMX flows from the President through documented delegation. Commercial commitments above defined thresholds, all new counterparties and all cross-border structures require review before execution. Group personnel and representatives are required to act lawfully, honestly and with discretion, to avoid conflicts of interest, to protect client information and to escalate concerns without penalty. RMX prohibits bribery and facilitation payments in any form, in every jurisdiction, by any person acting for it. Gifts and hospitality are subject to registration and thresholds. Third parties acting on RMX's behalf are bound to equivalent standards. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
Counterparties, cargoes, vessels, routes and end users are screened against applicable UN, UK, EU, US and UAE sanctions regimes before commitment and during performance. RMX declines business that cannot be cleared, without exception. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
Transactions in controlled goods, software or technology proceed only under applicable licences, with restricted-party screening, end-user certification and anti-diversion controls. RMX applies know-your-customer and know-your-supplier procedures, verifies beneficial ownership, monitors payment flows against contract terms and maintains audit-ready transaction files. Suppliers are verified before engagement: legal standing, ownership, capability, certifications and compliance declarations. Supply chains for sensitive categories carry enhanced diligence. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
