COMPLIANCE

The mandate is only accepted if it can be carried lawfully.

RMX operates across jurisdictions, sectors and regulatory regimes. Compliance is treated as a condition of doing business, not an obstacle to it.

The regime

Applied before commitment, not after it.

CMP-01

Sanctions and Trade Controls

Counterparties, goods, routes and end users are screened against applicable sanctions and export- and import-control regimes before commitment. Controlled items proceed only under the required licences and approvals.

CMP-02

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

RMX does not offer, pay, solicit or accept bribes or improper advantages, directly or through intermediaries, anywhere, for any reason.

CMP-03

Anti-Money-Laundering

Know-your-counterparty verification, source-of-funds awareness and documentary discipline are applied proportionately to the transaction and jurisdiction.

CMP-04

End-User Responsibility

For sensitive and controlled categories, RMX considers who will use the product, for what purpose and in which jurisdiction before commercial engagement progresses.

CMP-05

Data and Confidentiality

Personal and commercial information is handled under the Privacy Policy and the confidentiality obligations of each mandate.

CMP-06

Declining Work

RMX may decline or discontinue a mandate where legal, ethical, reputational or execution risk cannot be managed appropriately. This is regarded as a strength of the model, not a limitation.
